Admiral - Mike Brown is better than Ben Smith? Israel Folau?

He looked alright when I last saw him, but the best 15 in world rugby?

That's a pretty big call, simply because there really are some gun 15's around at the moment.

Like you do with horses and handjobs from a black lab?

If there's anyone on this board who's boring, it's you, and I know I'm not the first to say that.

Much better performance yesterday, the Irish fans in the ground were deeply disappointed with their teams showing.

Some key areas not functioning well for England. Line out and scrum failed again with tom youngs on the pitch, plus his forward pass under no pressure was very very poor for an international.

When George came on the both scrum and line worked a lot better. Burgess was a massive disappointment again, he is not centre in any way, shape or form, let alone an international centre.

Back row performed well, much prefer Ben Morgan as our starting 8, Tom Wood had a good game. The wingers were superb and Mike Brown is back to his best, which is the best 15 in world rugby

Given the choice for me its Ford over Farrell, Jamie Joseph is a shoe in, the big question is inside centre.... Brad Barrett is well ahead of Sam Burgess though I would have Burrell all day long.

Neither team looked remotely good enough to lift the RWC, its a warm up game and not to be taken too seriously but England are on the right track to get of their group

Ireland need to make a massive improvement, too reliant on Paul O'Connell and Sexton

Any news on the two Wales players stretchered off?
Could be catastrophic for them

Almost as disastrous as England signing Gomer Pyle as coach on a 6 year contract.

And STILL I'm not certain we WILL ED.

We should - we've got the best squad, the best players in the world in a number of positions, the best depth in World rugby etc etc.

But would I go flat out and say we will win it? Nope, I have my doubts.

Two-time RWC winning, #1 ranked rugby country, RWC favourites, 3rd world ED.

Just to split hairs.

Here puss puss puss.

I haven't said NZ will win the RWC since 2011 ED, as far as I can recall anyway.

I'm sure you'll provide some decent evidence to back your claims.

Difficult to argue with your other assertions about our overall standing and quality of players though.

I agree, Northern Spurs, no point trying to reason with a bloke who can't back up 3 years of peacocking about the BEST TEAM EVER.

England to win the World Cup.

Re: France Vs England Rugby Union
Yes, I stuck a bet on Ireland.

I'm not sure, however, how England winning today nullifies that bet? Has the World Cup been decided already? Struggling to see why commiserations are needed. People getting a little bit ahead of themselves here I think, with the potential of looking very silly.

Jonah Lomas 12:54 Sun Sep 6
Re: France Vs England Rugby Union
Well, it's up to you. If you do think England will win it, I can't see any reason why you wouldn't take the original bet without trying to change the terms.

Well, I can think of one reason obviously.
